Happy to hear from you Patrick! It's been a while since I created this list, there have to be some new entries into the series by now.

I don't believe the two ramen in the two above links are a part of the Buldalk Series, but they are definitely made by the same company, Samyang.

They are in the Bultaneun Series and focus on more natural spices like Korean Green & Red Chili Peppers and a new entry to the family with Black Pepper. There are 3 ramen noodles in that series now!

The newest addition to the Buldalk Series is the 4 Cheese Buldalk. My wife tried it and said it was delicious, a little bit sweet, and not super spicy.
