Looks like we’re going to make a slightly bizarre cup of noodles today! Nongshim’s Oksusu-Myeon (literally: Corn Noodles) is a corny cup of instant noodles featuring everyone’s favorite food group, corn! Of course, I absolutely love corn. I grew up surrounded by it! Growing up in the Midwestern United States really makes one fond of corn and all of the versatility of its uses. So, why not create a cup of instant noodles featuring this yellow mutant? Jokes and sarcasm aside, let’s jump right into preparing some corn noodles.

Step 1.) Partially open the lid and remove the 2 packets from inside

Step 2.) Pour the powdered soup packet into the cup

That’s it! Nongshim’s Oksusu-Myeon was about as straightforward as you can get in terms of preparation. It will definitely make for an interesting cup of noodles for the review!

I did a quick search through Amazon to see if these noodles were available for export and I couldn’t find the exact cup of noodles from Nongshim. They did list some other types of corn flavored ramen, so you could try those out if you would like. It looks like this specific ramen is only available in South Korea at the moment.

So, what do you think about corn in your ramen or corn ramen in general? Would you love it or hate it? Let me know down in the comments below!
