Ottogi’s back again today with their spin on instant Vietnamese Pho. Now, I’ve eaten an incredible amount of pho in my lifetime, so this cup of instant noodles really needs to bring its “A Game.” None of that Heart Signal trash, please! I’m really looking for a pungent cilantro fragrance and flavor that is slightly sour or citrusy from these noodles. The bar is set pretty high for this cup by Ottogi, but if they can succeed, I will be thoroughly impressed. Check back tomorrow for the full review, but for now, let’s make some PHO!

Step 1.) Partially open the cup and remove the 2 packets from inside

Step 2.) Pour the liquid soup packet into the cup of noodles

Step 3.) Boil about 300ml of water and fill the cup up to the fill line

And… That’s how you make some instant pho by Ottogi! Super simple, right? It’s never been easier to enjoy some Vietnamese comfort food. I’ve had authentic pho, but I really wonder how this cup of noodles stacks up against other instant pho noodles from Vietnam. If you have any information about Vietnamese instant pho, drop me a message in the comments! I would love to learn more.

So, have you had authentic Vietnamese Pho before? Do you enjoy the taste of cilantro? I’ve met so many people that really hate the flavor of it. Let me know down in the comments!
