How to Prepare Samyang Buldalk Bokkeum Myeon Meat Spaghetti (Cup Version)
For Day 1 of my series exploring South Korean instant noodles, I decided to make a quick how to guide for preparing Samyang’s Meat Spaghetti Flavored Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen (Very redundant… I know…). If you’re lucky enough to grab the exported version of these noodles, you’ll be happy to know that the instructions will be in English on the package. However, if your Korean friends gifted these tasty noodles to you, you might run into some trouble with preparation. Good news is… I’m here to help! Here is my step-by-step guide to get you eating this cup of instant noodles in 10 easy steps.
Step #1.) Open Up the Lid Slightly to Reveal the 2 Packets Inside
Step #2.) Remove Both the Meat Sauce Flavored Powder and Liquid Spicy Buldalk Sauce
Step #3.) Bring some Water to a Near Boil (Not Too Much)
Step #4.) Pour in Water Up to the Line on the Inside of the Cup
Step #5.) Cover Completely and Let Sit for 4 Minutes
Step #6.) Carefully Poke Holes Where the Triangles are Positioned and Drain the Liquid to Your Preference (I prefer less liquid)
Step #7.) Remove the Lid Completely
Step #8.) Add the Spicy Liquid Packet and Mix
Step #9.) Add the Meat Spaghetti Flavored Powder and Mix
Step #10.) Enjoy!
